About Us

Seneca Park Zoo Society was chartered as a NY State educational institution in 1957 and provides a wealth of enriching and innovative conservation and education opportunities to people of all ages. As the non-profit partner to Monroe County's Seneca Park Zoo, the Zoo Society develops and delivers original education programs to children 18 months to 18 years, provides community conservation outreach across nine counties manages all Zoo memberships and special events, and convenes conservation and sustainability partners to conserve wildlife and wild places.
